Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Lemon & Lemonade Consulting GmbH (“L&L”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

L&L provides strategic consulting services to startups, including pitch feedback, fundraising strategy, and investor relations support. All services are rendered based on a separate consulting agreement or upon explicit individual engagement.

3. Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed either through a written agreement or when you book and pay for our services. All contracts are governed exclusively by German law, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not upload or share any content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains harmful material. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any materials you submit.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by L&L, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and feedback, is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without our prior written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business, strategic, and personal data exchanged during the engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of the business relationship.

7. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under applicable law, L&L shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are only liable for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or where required under German product liability laws.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement at any time with reasonable notice, unless otherwise contractually agreed. Any outstanding fees remain payable.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all contracts with Lemon & Lemonade Consulting GmbH are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version is always available on this page.
